Are you feeling irrelevant? Invisible? Ignored? Like the world seems to be looking right through you? You might just be a middle-aged woman! Come find out!

Terrible Fish is a one-woman cabaret about the gut punch of mid-life. It's cheeky, witty, musical, and -- befitting the subject matter -- more than a little unhinged! A wild ride through the joys, tears and rages of aging while female, spat out by an award-winning writer and performer from Montreal.

For all those googling perimeno on the daily: This. Is. For. You!

Sensory description

There is direct address to the audience, poetry, as well as songs that the performer sings.. The performer is sometimes on a mic so will be louder. There are instruments being played (guitar and piano). There are some lighting transitions and music cues, though nothing too jarring or dramatic. Some loud music to create the feeling of being in a loud bar plays briefly at one point. This play is mostly based on sound and spoken word with very little that is movement-only content.
