Recommender Grants for Theatre Creators
2021 RGTC applications are now open.
Toronto Fringe is a recommender organization with the Ontario Arts Council. Recommenders are organizations authorized by OAC to receive applications, review them and make grant recommendations. OAC allocates a budget to each of the participating recommenders. (The Toronto Fringe has $10,000 to disperse in 2021.) RGTC grants fund individuals or ad hoc collectives of artists for the development of new theatrical work. You can request between $1,000 and $3,000 for your project.
Deadline for submissions is November 12, 2021.
