Felt Cute (Might Delete Later) is a two-hander that reflects, explores and exaggerates the current culture of social media. By reimagining what the digital world might look like on a theater stage, creators Reanne Spitzer and Sultanna Krispil bring you this comedic, dance-heavy, and occasionally improvised spectacle. The show is chaotic, catchy, hilarious, self-conscious, desperate, horny, and full of viral Tik Tok dances. Join them for a dopamine-hitting commentary on the weird and wonderful world of social media.

Land acknowledgement

Our show was rehearsed and created on TiohTiak:ke/the Island of Montreal, which is on the traditional land of The Kanien'kehá:ka Nation-- a First Nation of the 10 that make up the area we now call the province of Quebec. This land is, was and will always be the traditional territory of Cree, Mi'qmaq, Naskapi, Algonquin, Montagnais, Abenaki, Mohawk, Attikamekw, Huron and Malecite. McGill University, our city's largest university, has put together a guide on how to better educate yourself on the history of First Nations in Quebec and it can be found here: https://www.mcgill.ca/indigenous/land-and-peoples/learn-about-land-and-peoples-tiohtiake-montreal

Sensory description

Felt Cute (might delete later) (FCMDL) is a movement heavy show with multimedia and auditory elements that bring everything together. We use lighting, costume, dialogue, dance, projections, live music with effects, and voice-over narration to create the show. The show is highly sensory in both its auditory and visual elements, so if there is an audience member who is visual impaired, they may enjoy the many audio aspects of the show, and if there is an audience member who is deaf/hard of hearing, they may enjoy the visual elements.
