Pass Terms and Conditions
All passes are transferable, but may only be used by one (i.e. 5 Show Pass) or two patrons per performance. Passes can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the Festival Box Office (not at individual venues).
Want to book advanced tickets on your pass? Add them at the additional cost of $2 per ticket. Want to use your pass for at-the-door tickets? Head straight to the venue and the box office staff will help you (tickets are subject to availability).
There are no refunds for any unused portion of a pass.
The Fringe does not issue refunds because we return 100% of net ticket sales to the artists.
All shows start on time, so set your clocks to Eastern Daylight Time and leave plenty of time to get to the venue early.
Latecomers are not admitted into a show, even if you have a ticket. Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the show time.
Frequent Ticket Questions
How do I get my tickets or pass?
Bring your e-ticket (either on your phone or printed at home) to the venue to be admitted to the theatre.
Why do all tickets have a $2 service charge?
The Fringe returns 100% of the net ticket price to the artists. The $2 service charge goes to the software, hardware, materials, and the staff we need to sell tickets.
Why do some tickets have a $3 order fee?
The $3 per order fee is to offset the payment processing fees incurred through online and phone transactions.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Tickets may be exchanged for a $2 fee into a different performance of the show you have booked for. Call the box office at 416-966-1062 x 0 to have your exchange processed.
I spend a whole weekend biking from show to show with my pass – it’s how I know that summer has started!
