Selena Vyle
40 minutes

Falling in love can break your heart, and drag queen Selena Vyle knows this all too well. Join her on this visual journey of music and storytelling, as she reflects on the three relationships that have shaped and shifted her over the last decade, taking her from the highest of highs to the darkest of lows. All told through a series of interconnected music videos by Gei Ping Hohl, featuring original music by Kitty Creature, and lyrics by Selena Vyle.

Land acknowledgement

She's So Vyle acknowledges that we are producing and presenting this work on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. Tkoronto is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and M├ętis peoples. We also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.

We encourage our Canadian government to take further action into providing reparations for our history of genocide, investigating the missing and murdered Indigenous women, and protecting the land that our First Nations currently reside on, which includes providing access to clean drinking water.
